Setup and teardown

Delivered chairs arrive stacked. Want them placed? Setup and post-event breakdown is $2.00 per chair. Add it to your quote request.

How many chairs?

One per guest, plus 5 to 10% extra for the head table, vendors and surprise guests.

Ceremony rows: plan about 7 square feet per seat, plus an aisle. 150 seats need roughly 1,050 square feet before the aisle.

Before your event

  • Chairs are commercial rental stock that is stacked and moved often. Light dust or marks are normal, so plan a quick wipe-down.
  • Small quantities can be picked up with the right vehicle. Larger orders are delivered with a qualifying order.
  • Check quantity, color and condition at delivery or pickup, and tell us right away about any problems.
